1. About Dharah

Dharah Online Shopping Limited ("Dharah", "we") operates a multi-vendor online marketplace at www.dharah.ng where verified independent vendors offer brand-new products only to customers in Nigeria and abroad. Dharah provides the platform, payment processing (Dharah Pay — powered by Paystack and Flutterwave), quality control and logistics coordination.

2. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian's consent, to transact.

3. Products and orders

All products listed on Dharah are new. When you place an order you enter a purchase contract with the vendor(s); Dharah facilitates payment, quality checks at our warehouse and delivery. Prices are in Nigerian Naira (₦). Multi-vendor orders are split into per-vendor parcels which may arrive separately and may show separate tracking.

4. Payments

We accept card and bank payments via Dharah Pay (powered by Paystack and Flutterwave) and, where available, pay on delivery within Nigeria up to the limit shown at checkout. Pay-on-delivery orders require the exact amount in cash when the rider arrives and confirms your delivery OTP.

5. Shipping

Shipping fees are calculated per vendor parcel based on destination (Lagos, other Nigerian states, or international) and item count, and are shown at checkout before you pay. Shipping fees collected are a pass-through of logistics cost and are not vendor or platform profit.

6. Returns and refunds

You may request a return within 7 working days of delivery for eligible items in their original condition. Approved returns are refunded to your original payment method; pay-on-delivery orders are refunded through a Dharah-initiated transfer. Delivery OTP confirmation marks the order delivered.

7. Promotions and sponsored listings

Vendors may pay to promote products ("Sponsored"). Sponsored placement is always labelled. Promotion does not influence product quality obligations.

8. Prohibited use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to defraud vendors or Dharah, scrape data, resell accounts, or interfere with our infrastructure. Suspected fraud may result in suspension and legal action.

9. Liability

Dharah facilitates the marketplace. To the extent permitted by Nigerian law, Dharah's liability for platform issues is limited to the amounts you paid through us for the affected order.
