1. Data we collect

Account data (name, email, phone), delivery addresses, order and payment records, device/browser information, and IP address for security. We do not store full card details — payments are processed by Paystack and Flutterwave.

2. How we use it

• To fulfil your orders, coordinate delivery and returns, and provide support.
• To send transactional notifications (order status, delivery OTP, security alerts).
• To detect fraud and secure the platform.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

3. Who we share it with

Vendors receive only what is needed to fulfil your sub-order (items, delivery address, your name and phone for the rider). Logistics partners receive delivery information. Payment processors receive payment data. We never sell your personal data.

4. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your data, and withdraw marketing consent at any time via Dharah Support. Transaction records are retained as required by law.

5. Security

Passwords are hashed, admin access requires MFA, traffic is encrypted over HTTPS, and access follows least-privilege role-based controls.

6. Cookies

We use minimal local storage for your sign-in session and preferences. No third-party advertising trackers.
