How does Dharah work?

Dharah is a marketplace of verified Nigerian vendors selling brand-new products. When you order from multiple vendors, we create one order with separate parcels per vendor — quality-checked at a Dharah warehouse and delivered with live tracking.

What does delivery cost?

Shipping is calculated per vendor parcel: within Lagos ₦1,500 for 1–5 items (+₦700 each beyond 5); other Nigerian states ₦2,500 + ₦800 per item; international ₦8,000 per item. The exact amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.

How do I pay?

Dharah Pay — powered by Paystack and Flutterwave — accepts cards and bank transfer. Pay on delivery (cash) is available within Nigeria for eligible order values, shown at checkout.

How does delivery work?

When your parcel is out for delivery, the rider will ask for your 4-digit delivery OTP (sent to your notifications). The order is only marked delivered after the correct OTP is entered — never hand over cash without entering your OTP.

Returns

You have 7 working days from delivery to request a return from your orders page. The vendor responds, the parcel is inspected at our warehouse, and refunds return to your original payment method.

Reviews

Only customers who purchased and received the product can review it — every review is from a verified purchase.
